About Oakham Grange

At Oakham Grange we are creating a bespoke home set in the heart of the community offering residential and nursing care meaningful to each of its residents. Your family and friends (be they on two feet or four!) will be welcomed here as they always have, because it’s your home, we are here to just offer you the benefit of our skilled support.

We think food should always be one of life’s pleasures; which is why there will always be a choice of ‘home from home’ dishes, cooked onsite with fresh locally sourced ingredients. Our catering team will get to know the food you like and how you like it, paying attention to any specific dietary requirements. The local shops and pub will help you to maintain your independence, whilst our daily activities will enable you to enjoy the things that you have always done and with us, you are never too old to learn new ones!
